What if everything you were brought up to think about society, about healing and freedom is wrong? Riding the coattails of "The Manchurian Candidate" (1962), a B horror movie, "The Mindbenders" (1963), depicted Dirk Bogarde as the victim of British brainwashers who isolated, water tanked him and destroyed his marriage. Mindbender scientists discover that eight nightmarish hours of water tank isolation equates with eight months of intense brainwashing.
Apparently someone in Britain knew what was going on at the Tavi. The Mindbenders break both the volunteers and their relationships, inducing dissociation. Tavistock is an immersive process, a transnational inter-agency collaboration, whose 'research' is best evaluated by its real-world phenomena -- the cumulative effects of machinations, trendspotting, memes, and propaganda. They look at effects, then find the causes to produce them. They begin with solutions and find the problems they solve. They create media and products to satisfy needs that don't yet exist. It is a primary polarizing entity at work throughout all levels of society, playing both sides against the middle. It creates outside Adversaries through propaganda and projection, such as distracting terror, drugs and media wars. Viable solutions simply aren't allowed and are actively suppressed.
A Rockefeller grant gave birth to the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London in 1947. Tavistock joined with Kurt Lewin's Research Center for Group Dynamics (RCGD) at the University of Michigan the next year and begin disseminating human relations literature, relating theory to practice, including promotion of change, engineering consensus, mass persuasion, breakdown of cognitive structure, and overcoming resistance.
Tavistock sets national agendas for the global shadow government. It used covert techniques to sell the war with Germany, the state of Israel, the Domino Theory and the Cold War for financial gain. Deliberate creation of crisis is psychic Cold War, a global psychodrama. Other networked thinktanks are its dissemination organ. They create peer pressure throughout all strata of society designed to break people down into consensus conformity.
Globalist Change Agents

The Cryptocracy is involved in "alchemical processing" of mass consciousness by psychological manipulation. With the help of foundations and secret societies, experiments in world shaping continue multimedia and military campaigns. The goal of social engineering is seeding and controlling megatrends so the masses live as controlled puppets, wage slaves of the ruling elite.
Tavistock’s agenda is used to create and topple governments. Entire populations are controlled through drugs and sophisticated psychological techniques, including group dynamics. Disciplines include anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology.
They are selling collective ego death with apocalyptic visions. Any technique which breaks down the family unit, and inculcated principles of religion, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior, is used by Tavistock scientists as a weapon of control. Now a war of extermination is waged on the small American farmer through high-interest loans and bankruptcy. Corpoglomerate land trusts gain while our diet suffers.
Futurist programs identify discontinuities and emerging dilemmas. Discontinuities challenge business as usual and dilemmas demand new ways of thinking about complex problems. Together, discontinuities and dilemmas provide a vista of new practices and points of view that shape tomorrow's organizations and today's choices.
Over the years, Tavistock’s healing emphasis changed until there was a sinister slant to the research in eugenics, political and cultural engineering by the mid-1930's. There are rumors of an earlier version of Tavistock, which trained Lenin, and later after WWI, Adolph Hitler (Hallet).
With the outbreak of World War II, Tavistock operatives took effective control of the Psychological Warfare Directorate of the British Army, while its allied network in the United States embedded itself in the American psychological warfare apparatus, including the Committee on National Morale and the Strategic Bombing Survey.
By war's end, the combined influence of Tavistock (which became the Tavistock Institute in 1947) and of the former Frankfurt School operatives, had created what Director Rees called a cadre of several thousand “psychological shock troops,” and “cultural warriors.'' Today that network numbers several millions around the world, and is the single most important factor in determining the design and content of mass media product.
By WWII, Tavistock was a real MI 6 Agency and its stress-related techniques were well advanced. They knew how to relieve mental, and emotional pain and also amplify it, physically and psychologically. In fact, Tavistock’s recommendations for excessive use of force were used tragically by Winston Churchill in the terrifying fire bombing of DresdenHamburg.
Sigmund Freud was Tavistock's "prophet" and first director, followed by his daughter, Anna. Tavistock programs were used to program the postwar leaders of Germany's government, churches, schools, corporations, etc., from among the POWs who were easy to manipulate.
Research into the use of microwave weapons and their use for mind control (psychotronics) began in 1950s at the Tavistock Institute, one of Britain's leading psychiatric research establishments. The UK institute was researching into ways of mind controlling the British population without them knowing. Its main US branch is in the University of Michigan. The same principles were used to create pop culture and counterculture, so even societal rebellion is a programmed trend to channel and discredit opposing energy.
Freud's nephew, a principle at Tavistock Institute, Edward Bernays is the godfather of propaganda and the "engineered consent" of Madison Avenue. He took Freud's principles of mass psychology and applied them to social exploitation, numbing and manipulation of the masses. He created consumerism.
Games, Scripts & Rackets
Popular culture is engineered to brainwash each of us from cradle to grave. Trends and megatrends are manufactured, engineered by corporations. Nothing happens in politics or society by accident.
The Nazi's employed techniques outlined by Bernays in the book PROPAGANDA, and later brought them to the US under Operation Paperclip where they were picked up by CIA and subsequently morphed into mind control programs such as cyborg assassins and MK Ultra. Similar programs were instituted in the USSR around the same time. CIA also spreads propaganda across the entire political spectrum through founding and funding front organizations.
In the wake of the Enlightenment, the notion of an intellectual elite arose. A distinguished social stratum can be traced far back into classical history. Elite classes of intellectuals or well-educated people emerged in most European countries.
The intelligentsia (e.g., artists, mystics, psychologists, psychiatrists, scientists and teachers) engages in complex mental and creative labor directed into the development and dissemination of culture Bohemians were the forerunner of what we can call the ‘psychedelic intelligentsia’ and today’s New Age spiritual fusion.
Utopian socialism is the philosophical root of modern socialist thought. Anyone can be a utopian socialist, but the trend emerged in the 19th century. From the mid-19th century onwards, other branches of socialism overtook utopianism in popularity. But groups such as the Fabians continued working their strategic agendas behind the scenes of perpetual class struggle.
Societies are cyclic, always in a continual process of constructing themselves and destructing from within. Utopian socialists are forerunners of communal hippie life, intentional communities and cooperatives. Utopian nostalgia is exemplified in the Star Trek and Star Wars philosophy. Its dystopian reflection is The Matrix, the postmodern Brave New World where nothing is believable or trustable.
Quasi-socialist intellectuals created hypothetical visions of perfect egalitarian and communal societies without actually concerning themselves with the manner in which these societies could be sustained. Yet, they shared a dream, which for the world at large has become a mind control nightmare.
Name Your Poison
"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution." -- Aldous Huxley, Tavistock Group, California Medical School, 1961
Tavistock is married to Big Pharma by pasychiatry. The paradoxical Greek word "pharmakon" can be translated as 'drug,' which means both remedy and poison. In Plato's Pharmacy, Derrida traces its meanings in Plato's dialogues: remedy, poison (either the cure or the illness or its cause), philter, drug, recipe, charm, medicine, substance, spell, artificial color, and paint.
The alchemists also call their elixir or panacea both a cure and a poison, describing the dangers of the interactive field experience, including failure to recognize trance states. Derrida notes, "This pharmakon, this medicine, this philter, which acts as both remedy and poison, already introduces itself into the body of the discourse with all its ambivalence." Tavistock 'paints' a picture of the world (simulacrum; textual trance) and we must embrace it.
We can call pharmakon either a remedy or a poison. Both a curative medicine and poison, it represents a fundamentally ambiguous binary opposition with no fixed identity or meaning. It is the medium in which opposites are opposed and the contradictory meanings in which they appear to play out. Opposites are identical in nature but different by degrees.
Plato said that "true philosophers make dying their profession," referring to the wisdom inherent in this process. What is natural and instinctual is allowed to die and transform. Where Freud saw a life/death struggle, Jung saw a death/rebirth mystery of cyclic passages and renewal.
Jung was distinctly Hermetic. The 'wounded-healer' learns how to heal others tending his or her own sickness unto death. The process of rebirth is the mythic enactment of "the one story" whose pattern is found in every narrative. Beneath the differences, the meaning -- having to do with the loss and recovery of identity -- does not change. The loss and regaining of identity is the framework of most literature, from which comes the hero with a thousand faces.
Freud exalted the fused instincts Eros and Thanatos as the root of drives -- eroticism and suffering, affirmation and negation. Culture takes place in between as they war with one another. Symptomatic sexuality is based in the Eros-Thanatos tension. Guilt arises from the irreversible tension between the two. Those caught between two stages of development, without clearly defined social identities, feel marginal, excluded, without identity or influence.
As a transitional phase, Thanatos is the gap between the former and future social position or magico-religious state, a liminal period of uncertainty, of virtual 'invisibility.' If the social condition is permanent, it means marginalization, disenfranchisement, 'Outsiderhood.' Liminal personae occupy an edge realm of potential for new ideas and concepts and so pose a threat to the establishment.
For the deeply oppressed to gain access to their objective interests they often must undergo liberating personal transformation. Those caught in such positions, including artists, have an unusually clear view on the social structure from which they are excluded. They carry the potential for critique of the norms that prevail within that structure. The threshold is a symbol of division between self and others.
Relationships and social status are negotiated at the threshold, one is either rejected from or welcomed to the other side. To gain admission and step over the threshold into someone else's space means to submit to the rules that are in force in that place Social organization decides whether we are included in or excluded from a social group.
Political or religious reasons or social rank can account for the identification of a person with a certain group and space. At the threshold, one can also enter new territory.
Detached from a former position in the social structure, our structural attributes become temporarily ambiguous or neutralized, and finally re-emerge in cultural space. Liminals are betwixt and between the positions and roles assigned by law, custom, convention, and ceremonial. Liminals and marginals at the frayed edge of society question, expose, critique and redefine the central values of culture.
In alchemy, the images of figurative death appear during the operation called mortificatio. This symbolic experience of death has to do with darkness, defeat, torture, mutilation, death, rotting, penance, and abstinence -- denial of the body. Emotionally it means the primitive, violent outbursts, resentments, and pleasure and power demands must die for the process of transmutation to occur. Paradoxically, we must make ourselves miserable to transform. Then the dark images change to positive ones of growth, resurrection and rebirth.
Fear is the primary agent of mortificatio. Moving toward the fear and pain--deepening it--brings one closer to the transformation. It feels like defeat and failure. Yet, to resist seems like madness--in fact, it induces madness. Embracing death brings about deeper meaning and purpose in life. What is natural and instinctual is allowed to die and transform when projections are withdrawn. It is a barefoot journey through a serpent-filled "Valley of the Shadow of Death."
Meaning is created by interpretation through the play of opposites, including 'inside' and 'outside'. Any intervention has negative 'side effects.’. In terms of 'healing,' remedy and poison are inseparable. Because the pharmakon is artificial, because it comes from outside rather than from within, it is never simply beneficial. When it is not treating a disease, a psychotropic becomes dope.
Pharmakos, "human scapegoat" or "sacrificial slave" derives from the same root, but changing the scapegoat doesn't change anything real. Catharsis is the emotional release associated with talking about the underlying causes of a problem or seeing a dream.
Psychotherapy replaces the scapegoat with catharsis, a form of self-sacrifice, for purification and emotional purgation, particularly in relation to the projective contents of the Shadow. Archetypal and programmed biases residing in the self-image are "owned" consciously, transformed and relinquished. Transmodern scapegoating takes place in the virtuality - first-person shooter games.
Pharmakeus means druggist, poisoner and by extension, wizard, magician, trickster or sorcerer, initiator -- the shaman/healer. Shamanism is medicine for the imagination using tricks or techniques to alter perception. Whether transformation is induced through drugs, behavior modification, or emotive talk therapies, the purpose is to change perception of reality. The shaman/therapist is mediator of dreams, soul guide and consummate image-maker and interpreter.
Defense mechanisms include denial, acting out, autistic fantasy, devaluation, displacement, dissociation, idealization, intellectualization, isolation, passive aggression, projection, rationalization, reaction formation, repression, somatization, splitting, suppression, and undoing. The therapist handles them with bypassing, reassurance, distraction, confrontation, interpretation, or changing vantage point or scope.
Culture Hero-Trickster
The psychotherapeutic approach to healing essentially represents order (through chaos). The shamanic approach represents chaos, often including trance, drugs, adventure and spiritual power plays. These worldviews seem divided but the true nature of reality is dynamic interplay of chaos and order. The healer is also an eternal Trickster. And the Trickster entraps by controlling perceptions, guiding the collective vision of emergent worldviews.
Soft-core brainwashing is so subliminal most people don't recognize it. Nor do they recognize covert pressures hiding in plain sight. You can't really fight this hydra-headed monster and you can't flee the mindbending 'No Exit' game with a geographic or mental escape. They want you to escape into the virtuality and leave the 'real' world to them. If you withdraw into the virtuality you are no longer a protagonist in the social setting.
A state of criticality (SOC) is the governing dynamical mechanism in a large class of complex natural systems. All events are intrinsic to the system. Various kinds of systems can be engineered into a critical state, by fine-tuning the parameters. Kindling changes can lead to cascades of morphing dynamics, avalanches of consequences. Though the 'edge' can be a horizon of creativity, chain reactions and catastrophic collapse are also possible.
Instead of inhabiting the United States, we are plunged into the bizarro world of imposed trance-states -- the Uninvited States of America. Whether you are on the Left or the Right, you are played against one another in the social construction of reality (totalitarian environment) with indirect suggestion, political and religious cliches and milieu control.
You can cause fear of extinction and annihilation by forcing choice on a future existential path. Loss of biometric identifiers, self-reliance, house, job, credit cards, bank account, driver's license, spouse, family is for the most part equated with death -- or worse -- irrelevance. You must obey the doctrine or lose your personal identity which was created for you and will be stripped away. So don't question too much; just follow along.
You will continually have to fight for your liberation, for your civil and human rights. The oppressor does not tolerate resistance or dissent, peaceful or otherwise. And your right to self-defense and self-determination will repeatedly be undercut.
In the culture at large, therapeutic authority has transformed personal and group relations in family, work, school, hospital, office, media, government and military. While it has taught us "better" communication, it has undermined traditional roles. Stories we consistently tell ourselves determine our reality. Culture is articulated by subversive innovation.
Your reality is made of symbols weighted by metaphors. All communication is hypnotic. NLP demonstrates how even casual conversation can be loaded with sleight of mouth, cues, "embedded commands," suggestive language patterns. Parallel realities, triggers and anchors, time binds, illusory choice, submodalities, persuasion and psychological drivers can be manipulated.
The collective will of the people has been undercut with "shock and awe," frustration and demoralization. Tavistock first fed us illusions as stepping-stones before weaning us on disillusion, exemplified in lowered expectations, healthcare debates and a failing greenback. Positive and negative reinforcement include "the takeaway," turning dreams into pipe dreams and mystical manipulation.
Even though its agenda has jumped the boundaries of its parent organization, Tavistock has seeded chaos leading to the death of an outworn post-industrial mindset, clearing the stage for a transmodern information society with a distinctly fascist tone.
Collective Ego Death: Apocalypse Archetype
"The moment you see this kingdom of the Father spread over the earth, the Apocalypse has occurred. It’s a perpetual potential, and it’s also something in a person who has the experience, that shuts on and off." -- Joseph Campbell
GLOBAL DISASTER IS MIND-ALTERING: Ego is a functional necessity of experience. Part of human nature,it helps us navigate and deal with self, others, and the external world. Ego death - destabilized self-control - is part of the psychic maturation force resonating in the depths of the collective soul of our times. We have been hypnotized to believe our salvation lies in the material world.
But now, we are facing epochal uncertainties of an unprecedented nature and the old myth's oblivion -- the breakdown of collective psychic structures and loss of life's highest meaning. We have an individual and collective crisis of identity. The psychic energy that once fed the God-image has been traded for ego-inflation and power, now producing only visions of utter destruction.
Humanity is on a consciousness journey. We live our lives poised on the critical edge of chaos. This chaotic transformative process engineers our consciousness, individually and collectively with fragmentation, dissolution, disintegration, destruction, dissociation. It dissolves all boundaries, indentifications, roles, game patterns, defense strategies, rigid attitudes and beliefs, interpretations and complexes -- dissolved in the self-referential vortex.
Reorientation
We are awakening to the real nature of the conflict we are fighting -- the final battle each of us must fight. The inner Armageddon is the battle between our ego-mind and our essential self, a conflict that each of us fights every day. We struggle between judgment and letting go, between fear and love, between dark and light, between our cultural conditioning and our inner truth.
Chaos is ubiquitous in nature, pervading all dynamic processes, perturbing them unpredictably. Will we witness great destruction and collapse of civilization? Chaos theory shows us that nature is continually unfolding new forms from the chaotic matrix of creation. Dynamic consciousness is an essentially chaotic process. Psychosis is chaos in the inner world. Disasters are external symptoms of the malaise of our times and minds. We find ourselves facing economic, environmental, and social catastrophe -- global crisis is upon us and denial is breaking down. Danger is coming at us from all sides. The conscious tidalwave of transformation strikes as much fear in our hearts as pestilence.
Resistance by the mind to this creative dissolution brings about physical symptoms which range from shaking and a sense of increasing pressure and anxiety, to paradoxical flashes of hot and cold, to extreme dizzyness and disorientation. Premonitions"after the first death, there is no other." -- Dylan Thomas
It means nothing less than the sacrifice of the old self. The dissolution phase may mean myths of the triumph of darkness; myths of floods and the return of -- the imagery of the apocalypse archetype. When we go through our own individual or collective apocalypse it may be intense, but need not be devastating. The apocalypse is with us all the time. Apocalypse does not point to a fiery Armageddon but to the fact that our ignorance and our complacency are coming to an end in a premonition of transformation.
The Apocalypse archetype is now highly activated in the collective psyche and is living itself out in human history. Apocalypse archetype presents the shattering of the world followed by its reconstitution. 2012 is the current image that unifies the archetypes of apocalypse, appearing in dreams, fantasies and on earth and in the precessional heavens.
Inherent Cosmic Intelligence
If we recognize and understand what is taking place the experience is less intimidating. When the Self -- inherent cosmic intelligence, the central archetype of meaning, the collective unconscious -- is constellated (as singularity, ascension, rapture, etc.), the process of "uncovering what has been hidden," the Apocalypse, the "revelation of new truth," begins. And this is a process that takes ages and redefinition of our collective relationship with the cosmos.We've been living through apocalypse for some time in its psychological significance for us as human beings.
In Greek, the word "Apocalypse" (revelation) means "uncovering what has been hidden." In other words, the revelation of new truth. This process operates in four phases: revelation, judgment, destruction, and a new birth. If we look back over two centuries, we see the revelation of torrents of new scientific, psychological and social truth; judgments or assessments made on the basis of this new truth; the collapse of beliefs and institutions based on the former truth, and are becoming dysfunctional within the context of the new truth; and the sprigs of the new worldview trying to blossom. Destruction and new birth take place simultaneously, although the popular use of the word apocalypse has come to mean total destruction.
Distressing or disturbing symptoms symbolize the violence of the passage of consciousness from form to formlessness. Images of the body disintegrating or being blown to atoms (fear of exploding = fear of expanding) are characteristic psychedelic experiences. Perhaps the very elements of our bodies "remember" their formation in the crucible of some supernova. There may be identification with merciless destruction, the Dance of Shiva, the raging elements of nature, a variety of forms of explosive discharge. Here are visions of fires, floods, raging storms, earthquakes, volcanoes, turbulent lakes of magma.
Consciousness "breaks up" into its elemental forms, manifesting as overwhelming imagery. This first phase of dissolution may be characterized by the futility of resistance, magnetic downward spirals, gravity wells, loss of morphological identity.That sense of disintegration comes as the ego gives up its "unified" linear perspective (bivalent) to the multiple consciousness or awareness (multi-valence) of the deep self. Fear makes it feel like fragmentation, but in truth there is nothing in that imagery that is not us. The death throes of the ego prepare it for oceanic rebirth.Experientially, we move through fear and pain into the swirling mass of interacting symbols, an overwhelming vortex of pure information. We are sucked inexorably into interaction with the self-symbol, sucked into ourselves, like flotsam is pulled into a whirlpool. This is the vortex of the system, the vortex of self, where all levels cross. It overwhelms or tangles the mental processes, the self-imaging processes that maintain the illusion of stable personality and individual boundaries.To produce a schizophrenic break you need to collapse the ego, with leveraged stress and trauma. A power-mad ego, consumed by entitlement and self-gratification is narcissistic and when its desires are unmet or the individual is stressed, the personality is thrown into meltdown. Conditioned being breaks down utterly. Individually and collectively, ego death opens us to insanity or spiritual awakening. The generic purpose of ego death is to liberate our embodied being. Part of the regressive process is linking back to the entire history of mankind.
All levels of self-control breakdown. Ego death is a wounding experience. Ego equates change with death. The experience of change is painful to the ego. Going into the fear and pain is a genuine death experience that has become a cultural inevitability. The fear-based ego experiences "death" - emotionally, psychologically, mentally. Unpredictable holistic repatterning follows -- morphing individual and culture into something else through a regressive process that has the potential for creative self-organization.
Ego death is an experience that purportedly reveals the illusory aspect of the ego, sometimes undergone by mages, shamans, mystics, psychologists and psychonauts. But a collapsing worldview creates the fear and excitement that drives the psychedelic process of collective ego death with trauma. Ego death is immediately imposed on the masses. Each ego fails to understand what is happening, but the old self-image is dying in a fearsome and painful way as culture struggles to adjust to transmodern transformations. Destructive chaos is a deadly threat unless you are completely disassembled.
DRIVEN BY DREAD: The ego is the controller of the personal will, but the ego is secretly controlled by the Ground of Being. The virtual-state ego goes into nuclear meltdown, a self-control breakdown that leaves one vulnerable to external input or hidden puppetmasters or open to the virtual holographic potential of mind...a powerful experience of, the impotence and logical invalidity of the accustomed apparent control-agent who seems to reside in the mind.
The ego system is half illusion, and half of that illusion is delusion when the mind mistakes the illusion for a simple reality. That delusion permanently is revealed and discarded like a child's clothing after one grows into maturity. Thus one quarter of the ego (the gullible delusion part) is destroyed during ego-death.
Ego death is associated closely with the loss of control, or the loss of the sense of being a legitimate controller. Loss of control, determinism, disempowerment, timeless fixity of the future, cosmic failure of personal power, and cancellation of the personal will are commonly reported in various mystic writings. Ego death happens in the mind more than the body or heart.
After the ego-death experience and philosophical insight, the ego remains, but now with a caveat -- it is seen to be largely a practical illusion. The mind revises its assumptions about time, self-control, and personal identity, shifting many ideas together, now identifying with a new emergent self-image.

Four Cardinal Errors, as I will call them, have all but destroyed our original Republic, dating from July 4, 1776 with the Declaration of Independence. Error One: the Republic failed to gain full freedom and economic sovereignty from the British Crown, and this state of affairs went unrecognized. Error Two: the country adopted an educational system whose premises were alien to those of a free Republic. What if everything you were brought up to think about society, about healing and freedom is wrong? What if someone was subverting your beliefs, ideas and values with behavioral tricks to use them against you? In ‘the world according to Tavistock,’ social drivers are disguised as their exact opposites to create a worldview that is illusory, reinventing the world in distorted form.
Tavistock invented what you ‘should’ believe. It is no accident we have become victims of futureshock in the Long Crisis, a battle for your soul. Ego is mental structure, not a separate entity from soul. Whether you view it psychologically or spiritually, soul is structured through ego development. Soul is structured with mental forms – words and images. It can also be fragmented with them.
What appears progressive, nurturing or ‘good’ can have exactly the reverse effect. But seeing the world as it is, not as we are told or wish it to be, brings us closer to real solutions. Turning away from or denying the darkness doesn’t make it go away. Embodying our collective shadow, Tavistock is a hydra-headed Secret Agent that runs rampant, aggravating the interconnecting set of global problems.
How is the mind bent and toward what ends? The masses are bent through control of resources and the environment, mind control, massive manipulation, crisis and social turbulence. Nonprofit foundations have teamed with corporate, military and governmental entities to form a covert control force. Unintended consequences result. Under the guise of 'prevention' they create oppression.
Cultural psychology was used to assess the enemy mentality. The original "Tavi-stalkers" didn't stop with the enemy and rewriting history. They spread their "Tavistock Method" theory and practice of mass mind control into all strategic institutions. Their psystrat -- turning reality inside out -- had multiple vectors, reconciling and unifying levels of strategy to synergetically produce fractal control effects.
Once you learn how to organize behavior -- "joint optimization" -- you know how to dis-organize it with value-dilemmas in groups, matrix and international networks. Wilfred Bion established group analysis, system psychodynamics and the "Tavistock method" of group dynamics. They consolidated their authority under the pretext of freedom of thought, reading groups like cartographic maps of new territory to conquer with rigid ideas of group identity. Yet Bion said, "Institutions and organizations are all the same -- they're dead." When they don't respond to individual needs, either the individual or the group is destroyed.
Kurt Lewin established and developed US intelligence and defined its organization. Tavistock set policy-making and social conditioning. The 'old guard' of new science, family relations and social research on self and others also included Professor Hadley Cantril, Margaret Meade, R. D. Laing, Gregory Bateson, Aldous Huxley, Professor Derwin Cartwright and Professor Lipssitt, A.K. Rice and John Rawlings Reese who spread notions of 'therapeutic communities,' autonomous work groups and socio-technical studies. Eric Trist was an expert in hypnosis and mind control.
Tavistock is a financially and politically independent think tank. It directs the policies of both liberal and conservative American think tanks. A think tank or policy institute conducts R&D, trains management and advocates strategies in the social, business, military, industrial, political, economic, scientific and technical arenas. Some think tanks are NGOs, some are funded by governments, private interest groups and businesses. In addition to this, Tavistock also does commercial consulting and research. Esalan's California Ideology, "sensitivity training" and "sexual encounter" programs came from Tavistock. Psychological testing programs and group relations training programs were implemented in the US by the University of Michigan and the University of California. James Paul Warburg (son of Paul Warburg who had written the Federal Reserve Act in 1910), financed a subsidiary of the Tavistock Institute in the United States called the Institute for Policy Studies, whose director, Marcus Raskin, was appointed to the National Security Council. Freud broke their personalities down providing a model his 'magical child' Tavistock used as their modus operandi on many social fronts. Tavistock began with research on “shellshock” or post-traumatic stress, propaganda and applied mind control. They have broken down our whole country with collective ego death. Then they used Jung’s metaphysics to remythologize and “spiritualize” society, using the memes of ‘hope’ and ‘change’ as dope.
Myth is a conceptual schemata embodying core metaphysical concepts and moral wisdom. Myths do cultural work. All societies live by myths. In myth-building any words or symbols can be modified from their original meanings to suit their new roles in a matrix of varied forms. Claude Levi-Strauss observed that nothing in today's society is more mythical than political ideology.
Themes can be traced back to national myths and other cultural resources buried deeply in America's origins and early history -- from Francis Bacon's Utopian dreams of New Atlantis, to Rosicrucian and Masonic Enlightenment, to revolutionary notions about Freedom. Among the mythical American core values, fundamental issues, such as liberty, responsibility and democracy have their mythical representations.
Symbols can be fatal. Political history is largely an account of mass violence and of the expenditure of vast resources to cope with mythical fears and hopes. Riding the coattails of "The Manchurian Candidate" (1962), a B horror movie, "The Mindbenders" (1963), depicted Dirk Bogarde as the victim of British brainwashers who isolated, water tanked him and destroyed his marriage. Mindbender scientists discover that eight nightmarish hours of water tank isolation equates with eight months of intense brainwashing.
Apparently someone in Britain knew what was going on at the Tavi. The Mindbenders break both the volunteers and their relationships, inducing dissociation. Freud proved that broken relationships and imposed sexual repression can be used as a weapon, spreading emotional contagion and arousing primitive emotions in targeted populations. Forms of cultural hegemony include psychological, spiritual, emotional, political, social, military, economic, medical and intellectual oppression and domination. Certain research projects are suppressed by dogmatic science. Like any ideology, Tavistock asks us to believe its deceptive promises and refrain from questions about what they don't tell. ‘Lies of omission’ control the highs and lows of our expectations and the controlled demolition of the boom and bust economy. Most of us don't expect them to manufacture ideologies and phony enemies to mobilize the masses. We can hardly believe anyone would actively work against our health and welfare, destroying the food chain, good air, water and earth, not to mention developing biological weapons.
We don't expect them to engineer arrested development and family breakdown. We don't expect them to use 'planning theory' and pop culture to foster alienation and dysfunction. We don't expect them to poison the well of global society in their undeclared war on humanity. We must learn to see through what they do as coercion, using their esoteric techniques of crisis creation and management. Their initial project -- Operation Research on military management techniques -- was turned on civilians.
Authority for Authority
Tavistock is an immersive process, a transnational inter-agency collaboration, whose 'research' is best evaluated by its real-world phenomena -- the cumulative effects of machinations, trendspotting, memes, and propaganda. They look at effects, then find the causes to produce them. They begin with solutions and find the problems they solve. They create media and products to satisfy needs that don't yet exist. They shape the world by shaping opinion.
Even 'sanitized,' their programs have global repercussions. In quantum information theory, if all records of an event are decorrelated from it, then by definition there is no way to know whether this event has ever happened. This situation is indistinguishable from its not having happened.
Our only defense is awareness and DIY mind control. But the torrent of information is manipulated to guide our motivations while engineering consensus by repackaging myths, memes and metaphors. In the 1960s, the Milgram Experiment demonstrated the draconian perils inherent in authority overriding personal conscience to compliantly "follow orders" to inflict psychophysical harm on others. Through a twist of fate, the shaping of Tavistock became synonymous with the shaping of global culture by forcing unwelcome changes and seizing psychological control of the human race. The Tavistock agenda creates macro-trends, such as the "New Left" and militant activism as counter point to Neocon manipulation through radical religious policies and bunkered militia-mentality. A Rockefeller grant gave birth to the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London in 1947. Tavistock joined with Kurt Lewin's Research Center for Group Dynamics (RCGD) at the University of Michigan the next year and begin disseminating human relations literature, relating theory to practice, including promotion of change, engineering consensus, mass persuasion, breakdown of cognitive structure, and overcoming resistance.
Tavistock sets national agendas for the global shadow government. It used covert techniques to sell the war with Germany, the state of Israel, the Domino Theory and the Cold War for financial gain. Deliberate creation of crisis is psychic Cold War, a global psychodrama. Other networked thinktanks are its dissemination organ. They create peer pressure throughout all strata of society designed to break people down into consensus conformity.

The Cryptocracy is involved in "alchemical processing" of mass consciousness by psychological manipulation. The goal of social engineering is seeding and controlling megatrends so the masses live as controlled puppets, wage slaves of the ruling elite.
Tavistock’s agenda is used to create and topple governments. Entire populations are controlled through drugs and sophisticated psychological techniques, including group dynamics. Disciplines include anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology.
They are selling collective ego death with apocalyptic visions. Any technique which breaks down the family unit, and inculcated principles of religion, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior, is used by Tavistock scientists as a weapon of control. Now a war of extermination is waged on the small American farmer through high-interest loans and bankruptcy. Corpoglomerate land trusts gain while our diet suffers.
Futurist programs identify discontinuities and emerging dilemmas. Discontinuities challenge business as usual and dilemmas demand new ways of thinking about complex problems. Together, discontinuities and dilemmas provide a vista of new practices and points of view that shape tomorrow's organizations and today's choices.
Over the years, Tavistock’s healing emphasis changed until there was a sinister slant to the research in eugenics, political and cultural engineering by the mid-1930's. There are rumors of an earlier version of Tavistock, which trained Lenin, and later after WWI, Adolph Hitler (Hallet).
With the outbreak of World War II, Tavistock operatives took effective control of the Psychological Warfare Directorate of the British Army, while its allied network in the United States embedded itself in the American psychological warfare apparatus, including the Committee on National Morale and the Strategic Bombing Survey.
By war's end, the combined influence of Tavistock (which became the Tavistock Institute in 1947) and of the former Frankfurt School operatives, had created what Director Rees called a cadre of several thousand “psychological shock troops,” and “cultural warriors.'' Today that network numbers several millions around the world, and is the single most important factor in determining the design and content of mass media product.
By WWII, Tavistock was a real MI 6 Agency and its stress-related techniques were well advanced. They knew how to relieve mental, and emotional pain and also amplify it, physically and psychologically. In fact, Tavistock’s recommendations for excessive use of force were used tragically by Winston Churchill in the terrifying fire bombing of DresdenHamburg.
Sigmund Freud was Tavistock's "prophet" and first director, followed by his daughter, Anna. Tavistock programs were used to program the postwar leaders of Germany's government, churches, schools, corporations, etc., from among the POWs who were easy to manipulate.
Research into the use of microwave weapons and their use for mind control (psychotronics) began in 1950s at the Tavistock Institute, one of Britain's leading psychiatric research establishments. The UK institute was researching into ways of mind controlling the British population without them knowing. Its main US branch is in the University of Michigan. The same principles were used to create pop culture and counterculture, so even societal rebellion is a programmed trend to channel and discredit opposing energy.
Freud's nephew, a principle at Tavistock Institute, Edward Bernays is the godfather of propaganda and the "engineered consent" of Madison Avenue. He took Freud's principles of mass psychology and applied them to social exploitation, numbing and manipulation of the masses. He created consumerism.

Popular culture is engineered to brainwash each of us from cradle to grave. Trends and megatrends are manufactured, engineered by corporations. Nothing happens in politics or society by accident.
The Nazi's employed techniques outlined by Bernays in the book PROPAGANDA, and later brought them to the US under Operation Paperclip where they were picked up by CIA and subsequently morphed into mind control programs such as cyborg assassins and MK Ultra. Similar programs were instituted in the USSR around the same time. CIA also spreads propaganda across the entire political spectrum through founding and funding front organizations.
In the wake of the Enlightenment, the notion of an intellectual elite arose. A distinguished social stratum can be traced far back into classical history. Elite classes of intellectuals or well-educated people emerged in most European countries.
The intelligentsia (e.g., artists, mystics, psychologists, psychiatrists, scientists and teachers) engages in complex mental and creative labor directed into the development and dissemination of culture Bohemians were the forerunner of what we can call the ‘psychedelic intelligentsia’ and today’s New Age spiritual fusion.
Utopian socialism is the philosophical root of modern socialist thought. Anyone can be a utopian socialist, but the trend emerged in the 19th century. From the mid-19th century onwards, other branches of socialism overtook utopianism in popularity. But groups such as the Fabians continued working their strategic agendas behind the scenes of perpetual class struggle.
Societies are cyclic, always in a continual process of constructing themselves and destructing from within. Utopian socialists are forerunners of communal hippie life, intentional communities and cooperatives. Utopian nostalgia is exemplified in the Star Trek and Star Wars philosophy. Its dystopian reflection is The Matrix, the postmodern Brave New World where nothing is believable or trustable.
Quasi-socialist intellectuals created hypothetical visions of perfect egalitarian and communal societies without actually concerning themselves with the manner in which these societies could be sustained. Yet, they shared a dream, which for the world at large has become a mind control nightmare.
Name Your Poison
"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. Tavistock is married to Big Pharma by pasychiatry. The paradoxical Greek word "pharmakon" can be translated as 'drug,' which means both remedy and poison. In Plato's Pharmacy, Derrida traces its meanings in Plato's dialogues: remedy, poison (either the cure or the illness or its cause), philter, drug, recipe, charm, medicine, substance, spell, artificial color, and paint.
The alchemists also call their elixir or panacea both a cure and a poison, describing the dangers of the interactive field experience, including failure to recognize trance states. Derrida notes, "This pharmakon, this medicine, this philter, which acts as both remedy and poison, already introduces itself into the body of the discourse with all its ambivalence." Tavistock 'paints' a picture of the world (simulacrum; textual trance) and we must embrace it.
We can call pharmakon either a remedy or a poison. Both a curative medicine and poison, it represents a fundamentally ambiguous binary opposition with no fixed identity or meaning. It is the medium in which opposites are opposed and the contradictory meanings in which they appear to play out. Opposites are identical in nature but different by degrees.
Plato said that "true philosophers make dying their profession," referring to the wisdom inherent in this process. What is natural and instinctual is allowed to die and transform. Where Freud saw a life/death struggle, Jung saw a death/rebirth mystery of cyclic passages and renewal.
Jung was distinctly Hermetic. The 'wounded-healer' learns how to heal others tending his or her own sickness unto death. The process of rebirth is the mythic enactment of "the one story" whose pattern is found in every narrative. Beneath the differences, the meaning -- having to do with the loss and recovery of identity -- does not change. The loss and regaining of identity is the framework of most literature, from which comes the hero with a thousand faces.
Freud exalted the fused instincts Eros and Thanatos as the root of drives -- eroticism and suffering, affirmation and negation. Culture takes place in between as they war with one another. Symptomatic sexuality is based in the Eros-Thanatos tension. Guilt arises from the irreversible tension between the two. Those caught between two stages of development, without clearly defined social identities, feel marginal, excluded, without identity or influence.
As a transitional phase, Thanatos is the gap between the former and future social position or magico-religious state, a liminal period of uncertainty, of virtual 'invisibility.' If the social condition is permanent, it means marginalization, disenfranchisement, 'Outsiderhood.' Liminal personae occupy an edge realm of potential for new ideas and concepts and so pose a threat to the establishment.
For the deeply oppressed to gain access to their objective interests they often must undergo liberating personal transformation. Those caught in such positions, including artists, have an unusually clear view on the social structure from which they are excluded. They carry the potential for critique of the norms that prevail within that structure. The threshold is a symbol of division between self and others.
Relationships and social status are negotiated at the threshold, one is either rejected from or welcomed to the other side. To gain admission and step over the threshold into someone else's space means to submit to the rules that are in force in that place Social organization decides whether we are included in or excluded from a social group.
Political or religious reasons or social rank can account for the identification of a person with a certain group and space. At the threshold, one can also enter new territory.
Detached from a former position in the social structure, our structural attributes become temporarily ambiguous or neutralized, and finally re-emerge in cultural space. Liminals are betwixt and between the positions and roles assigned by law, custom, convention, and ceremonial. Liminals and marginals at the frayed edge of society question, expose, critique and redefine the central values of culture.
In alchemy, the images of figurative death appear during the operation called mortificatio. This symbolic experience of death has to do with darkness, defeat, torture, mutilation, death, rotting, penance, and abstinence -- denial of the body. Emotionally it means the primitive, violent outbursts, resentments, and pleasure and power demands must die for the process of transmutation to occur. Paradoxically, we must make ourselves miserable to transform. Then the dark images change to positive ones of growth, resurrection and rebirth.
Fear is the primary agent of mortificatio. Moving toward the fear and pain--deepening it--brings one closer to the transformation. It feels like defeat and failure. Yet, to resist seems like madness--in fact, it induces madness. Embracing death brings about deeper meaning and purpose in life. What is natural and instinctual is allowed to die and transform when projections are withdrawn. It is a barefoot journey through a serpent-filled "Valley of the Shadow of Death."
Meaning is created by interpretation through the play of opposites, including 'inside' and 'outside'. Any intervention has negative 'side effects.’. In terms of 'healing,' remedy and poison are inseparable. Because the pharmakon is artificial, because it comes from outside rather than from within, it is never simply beneficial. When it is not treating a disease, a psychotropic becomes dope.
Pharmakos, "human scapegoat" or "sacrificial slave" derives from the same root, but changing the scapegoat doesn't change anything real. Catharsis is the emotional release associated with talking about the underlying causes of a problem or seeing a dream.
Psychotherapy replaces the scapegoat with catharsis, a form of self-sacrifice, for purification and emotional purgation, particularly in relation to the projective contents of the Shadow. Archetypal and programmed biases residing in the self-image are "owned" consciously, transformed and relinquished. Transmodern scapegoating takes place in the virtuality - first-person shooter games.
Pharmakeus means druggist, poisoner and by extension, wizard, magician, trickster or sorcerer, initiator -- the shaman/healer. Shamanism is medicine for the imagination using tricks or techniques to alter perception. Whether transformation is induced through drugs, behavior modification, or emotive talk therapies, the purpose is to change perception of reality. The shaman/therapist is mediator of dreams, soul guide and consummate image-maker and interpreter.
Defense mechanisms include denial, acting out, autistic fantasy, devaluation, displacement, dissociation, idealization, intellectualization, isolation, passive aggression, projection, rationalization, reaction formation, repression, somatization, splitting, suppression, and undoing. The therapist handles them with bypassing, reassurance, distraction, confrontation, interpretation, or changing vantage point or scope.
Culture Hero-Trickster
The psychotherapeutic approach to healing essentially represents order (through chaos). The shamanic approach represents chaos, often including trance, drugs, adventure and spiritual power plays. These worldviews seem divided but the true nature of reality is dynamic interplay of chaos and order. The healer is also an eternal Trickster. And the Trickster entraps by controlling perceptions, guiding the collective vision of emergent worldviews.
Soft-core brainwashing is so subliminal most people don't recognize it. Nor do they recognize covert pressures hiding in plain sight. You can't really fight this hydra-headed monster and you can't flee the mindbending 'No Exit' game with a geographic or mental escape. They want you to escape into the virtuality and leave the 'real' world to them. If you withdraw into the virtuality you are no longer a protagonist in the social setting.
A state of criticality (SOC) is the governing dynamical mechanism in a large class of complex natural systems. All events are intrinsic to the system. Various kinds of systems can be engineered into a critical state, by fine-tuning the parameters. Kindling changes can lead to cascades of morphing dynamics, avalanches of consequences. Though the 'edge' can be a horizon of creativity, chain reactions and catastrophic collapse are also possible.
Instead of inhabiting the United States, we are plunged into the bizarro world of imposed trance-states -- the Uninvited States of America. Whether you are on the Left or the Right, you are played against one another in the social construction of reality (totalitarian environment) with indirect suggestion, political and religious cliches and milieu control.
You can cause fear of extinction and annihilation by forcing choice on a future existential path. Loss of biometric identifiers, self-reliance, house, job, credit cards, bank account, driver's license, spouse, family is for the most part equated with death -- or worse -- irrelevance. You must obey the doctrine or lose your personal identity which was created for you and will be stripped away. So don't question too much; just follow along.
You will continually have to fight for your liberation, for your civil and human rights. The oppressor does not tolerate resistance or dissent, peaceful or otherwise. And your right to self-defense and self-determination will repeatedly be undercut.
In the culture at large, therapeutic authority has transformed personal and group relations in family, work, school, hospital, office, media, government and military. While it has taught us "better" communication, it has undermined traditional roles. Stories we consistently tell ourselves determine our reality. Culture is articulated by subversive innovation.
Your reality is made of symbols weighted by metaphors. All communication is hypnotic. NLP demonstrates how even casual conversation can be loaded with sleight of mouth, cues, "embedded commands," suggestive language patterns. Parallel realities, triggers and anchors, time binds, illusory choice, submodalities, persuasion and psychological drivers can be manipulated.
The collective will of the people has been undercut with "shock and awe," frustration and demoralization. Tavistock first fed us illusions as stepping-stones before weaning us on disillusion, exemplified in lowered expectations, healthcare debates and a failing greenback. Positive and negative reinforcement include "the takeaway," turning dreams into pipe dreams and mystical manipulation.
Even though its agenda has jumped the boundaries of its parent organization, Tavistock has seeded chaos leading to the death of an outworn post-industrial mindset, clearing the stage for a transmodern information society with a distinctly fascist tone.
Collective Ego Death: Apocalypse Archetype
"The moment you see this kingdom of the Father spread over the earth, the Apocalypse has occurred. It’s a perpetual potential, and it’s also something in a person who has the experience, that shuts on and off." -- Joseph Campbell
GLOBAL DISASTER IS MIND-ALTERING: Ego is a functional necessity of experience. Part of human nature,it helps us navigate and deal with self, others, and the external world. Ego death - destabilized self-control - is part of the psychic maturation force resonating in the depths of the collective soul of our times. We have been hypnotized to believe our salvation lies in the material world.
But now, we are facing epochal uncertainties of an unprecedented nature and the old myth's oblivion -- the breakdown of collective psychic structures and loss of life's highest meaning. We have an individual and collective crisis of identity. The psychic energy that once fed the God-image has been traded for ego-inflation and power, now producing only visions of utter destruction.
Humanity is on a consciousness journey. We live our lives poised on the critical edge of chaos. This chaotic transformative process engineers our consciousness, individually and collectively with fragmentation, dissolution, disintegration, destruction, dissociation. It dissolves all boundaries, indentifications, roles, game patterns, defense strategies, rigid attitudes and beliefs, interpretations and complexes -- dissolved in the self-referential vortex.
Reorientation
We are awakening to the real nature of the conflict we are fighting -- the final battle each of us must fight. The inner Armageddon is the battle between our ego-mind and our essential self, a conflict that each of us fights every day. We struggle between judgment and letting go, between fear and love, between dark and light, between our cultural conditioning and our inner truth.
Chaos is ubiquitous in nature, pervading all dynamic processes, perturbing them unpredictably. Will we witness great destruction and collapse of civilization? Chaos theory shows us that nature is continually unfolding new forms from the chaotic matrix of creation. Dynamic consciousness is an essentially chaotic process. Psychosis is chaos in the inner world. Disasters are external symptoms of the malaise of our times and minds. We find ourselves facing economic, environmental, and social catastrophe -- global crisis is upon us and denial is breaking down. Danger is coming at us from all sides. The conscious tidalwave of transformation strikes as much fear in our hearts as pestilence.
Resistance by the mind to this creative dissolution brings about physical symptoms which range from shaking and a sense of increasing pressure and anxiety, to paradoxical flashes of hot and cold, to extreme dizzyness and disorientation. Premonitions"after the first death, there is no other." -- Dylan Thomas
It means nothing less than the sacrifice of the old self. The dissolution phase may mean myths of the triumph of darkness; myths of floods and the return of -- the imagery of the apocalypse archetype. When we go through our own individual or collective apocalypse it may be intense, but need not be devastating. The apocalypse is with us all the time. Apocalypse does not point to a fiery Armageddon but to the fact that our ignorance and our complacency are coming to an end in a premonition of transformation.
The Apocalypse archetype is now highly activated in the collective psyche and is living itself out in human history. Apocalypse archetype presents the shattering of the world followed by its reconstitution. 2012 is the current image that unifies the archetypes of apocalypse, appearing in dreams, fantasies and on earth and in the precessional heavens.
Inherent Cosmic Intelligence
If we recognize and understand what is taking place the experience is less intimidating. When the Self -- inherent cosmic intelligence, the central archetype of meaning, the collective unconscious -- is constellated (as singularity, ascension, rapture, etc.), the process of "uncovering what has been hidden," the Apocalypse, the "revelation of new truth," begins. And this is a process that takes ages and redefinition of our collective relationship with the cosmos.We've been living through apocalypse for some time in its psychological significance for us as human beings.
In Greek, the word "Apocalypse" (revelation) means "uncovering what has been hidden." In other words, the revelation of new truth. This process operates in four phases: revelation, judgment, destruction, and a new birth. If we look back over two centuries, we see the revelation of torrents of new scientific, psychological and social truth; judgments or assessments made on the basis of this new truth; the collapse of beliefs and institutions based on the former truth, and are becoming dysfunctional within the context of the new truth; and the sprigs of the new worldview trying to blossom. Destruction and new birth take place simultaneously, although the popular use of the word apocalypse has come to mean total destruction.
Distressing or disturbing symptoms symbolize the violence of the passage of consciousness from form to formlessness. Images of the body disintegrating or being blown to atoms (fear of exploding = fear of expanding) are characteristic psychedelic experiences. Perhaps the very elements of our bodies "remember" their formation in the crucible of some supernova. There may be identification with merciless destruction, the Dance of Shiva, the raging elements of nature, a variety of forms of explosive discharge. Here are visions of fires, floods, raging storms, earthquakes, volcanoes, turbulent lakes of magma.
Consciousness "breaks up" into its elemental forms, manifesting as overwhelming imagery. This first phase of dissolution may be characterized by the futility of resistance, magnetic downward spirals, gravity wells, loss of morphological identity.That sense of disintegration comes as the ego gives up its "unified" linear perspective (bivalent) to the multiple consciousness or awareness (multi-valence) of the deep self. Fear makes it feel like fragmentation, but in truth there is nothing in that imagery that is not us. The death throes of the ego prepare it for oceanic rebirth.Experientially, we move through fear and pain into the swirling mass of interacting symbols, an overwhelming vortex of pure information. We are sucked inexorably into interaction with the self-symbol, sucked into ourselves, like flotsam is pulled into a whirlpool. This is the vortex of the system, the vortex of self, where all levels cross. It overwhelms or tangles the mental processes, the self-imaging processes that maintain the illusion of stable personality and individual boundaries.To produce a schizophrenic break you need to collapse the ego, with leveraged stress and trauma. A power-mad ego, consumed by entitlement and self-gratification is narcissistic and when its desires are unmet or the individual is stressed, the personality is thrown into meltdown. Conditioned being breaks down utterly. Individually and collectively, ego death opens us to insanity or spiritual awakening. The generic purpose of ego death is to liberate our embodied being. Part of the regressive process is linking back to the entire history of mankind.
All levels of self-control breakdown. Ego death is a wounding experience. Ego equates change with death. The experience of change is painful to the ego. Going into the fear and pain is a genuine death experience that has become a cultural inevitability. The fear-based ego experiences "death" - emotionally, psychologically, mentally. Unpredictable holistic repatterning follows -- morphing individual and culture into something else through a regressive process that has the potential for creative self-organization.
Ego death is an experience that purportedly reveals the illusory aspect of the ego, sometimes undergone by mages, shamans, mystics, psychologists and psychonauts. But a collapsing worldview creates the fear and excitement that drives the psychedelic process of collective ego death with trauma. Ego death is immediately imposed on the masses. Each ego fails to understand what is happening, but the old self-image is dying in a fearsome and painful way as culture struggles to adjust to transmodern transformations. Destructive chaos is a deadly threat unless you are completely disassembled.
DRIVEN BY DREAD: The ego is the controller of the personal will, but the ego is secretly controlled by the Ground of Being. The virtual-state ego goes into nuclear meltdown, a self-control breakdown that leaves one vulnerable to external input or hidden puppetmasters or open to the virtual holographic potential of mind...a powerful experience of, the impotence and logical invalidity of the accustomed apparent control-agent who seems to reside in the mind.
The ego system is half illusion, and half of that illusion is delusion when the mind mistakes the illusion for a simple reality. That delusion permanently is revealed and discarded like a child's clothing after one grows into maturity. Thus one quarter of the ego (the gullible delusion part) is destroyed during ego-death.
Ego death is associated closely with the loss of control, or the loss of the sense of being a legitimate controller. Loss of control, determinism, disempowerment, timeless fixity of the future, cosmic failure of personal power, and cancellation of the personal will are commonly reported in various mystic writings. Ego death happens in the mind more than the body or heart.
After the ego-death experience and philosophical insight, the ego remains, but now with a caveat -- it is seen to be largely a practical illusion. The mind revises its assumptions about time, self-control, and personal identity, shifting many ideas together, now identifying with a new emergent self-image.

Four Cardinal Errors, as I will call them, have all but destroyed our original Republic, dating from July 4, 1776 with the Declaration of Independence. Error One: the Republic failed to gain full freedom and economic sovereignty from the British Crown, and this state of affairs went unrecognized. Error Two: the country adopted an educational system whose premises were alien to those of a free Republic. Error Three: Americans slowly but steadily lost the “moral religiosity” of its founding traditions, replacing it with a naturalistic materialism also imported from Europe. Error Four: Americans did not recognize the British Fabian Society for what it was, and stayed blind as agents of Fabian permeation gradually assumed control over dominant institutions and occupations in this country. This paved the way for the piece-by-piece erosion of our sovereignty and its replacement by world government (“global governance”).

Deep Cover: From Thinktanks to Army Tanks
"In 1941 a group of psychiatrists at the Tavistock Clinic saw that the right questions were asked in Parliament in order to secure the means to try new measures. As a result they were asked to join the Directorate of Army Psychiatry, and did so as a group." –Tavistock Institute
They wind you up because they know what makes you tick. Tavistock Clinic, with its emphasis on dynamical psychoanalytic technique and object relations, was commissioned to study shellshock or post-traumatic stress in WWI. Early British medical psychiatry began developing psychological warfare in 1922. The original Clinic joined the New National Health Service in 1948.
In 1946, the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations split off as the policy-making “mother of all thinktanks,” publically claiming to be researching and directing groups and organizations. The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was formally founded as a registered charity in September 1947 in London, England. The Institute devised, developed and publicized around the world and in Israel an experiential, hands-on method of learning, as well as models of Group Relations. Since its establishment, the Institute has dedicated its efforts to action research, field studies, consultation and professional training in management and administration. It fosters an interdisciplinary approach, combining theory and application. Its mission is to assist people in organizations to deal with issues of change, creativity and the forging of organizational policy. Nevertheless, it remains an intelligence organization.
A source of much confusion, the "Tavistock Clinic", which was once the common name for the parent body, now refers to part of a National Health Service trust, while the "Tavistock Institute", which once did research in many areas and was funded by many sources, is now a charity. The name "Tavistock Instutute of Medical Psychology," which was the name used for the original parent body, is now used to refer to an organization that grew out of that parent body but now specializes in couples relationships under the section name of the "Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships".
Other branches became the Tavistock Clinic of Couple Relationships and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. In 1994, the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust was founded and the Tavistock Insititute of Human Relations became the Tavistock Institute. Also established by the Trust, Tavistock Consultancy Service (TCS) is a specialized consulting unit within the Trust, working with the hidden dimensions of life -- “working below the surface.” It centers on exploring the nonrational and unconscious systemic processes. Psychoanalytic practice is extended to group dynamics and open systems. This is the Tavistock approach to consultancy. They created the language of vision, mission and empowerment. They also coined buzzwords like out-sourcing, downsizing and target-setting, and bench-marking. Their overview covers layers of meaning.
But, with aid of Project Paperclip scientists Tavistock concealed covert operations in futuring, propaganda, mind control, social engineering, eugenics, military/industrial projects, and mass media manipulation. In short order, they declared themselves the psychological authority on authority and sanity. They specialize in “Shock Doctrine,” trauma, abuse and brainwashing. The group relations model is an equivalent to the psychoanalytic method as a tool of social and cultural enquiry, and the members of interactive intensive conferences are encouraged to make links to their wider experiences in organizational and social life.
John Rawlings Rees, one of Tavistock's founders once said: “Public life, politics and industry should all ... be within our sphere of influence…If we are to infiltrate the professional and social activities of other people I think we must imitate the Totalitarians and organize some kind of fifth column activity!”
“We must aim to make it permeate every educational activity in our national life ... We have made a useful attack upon a number of professions. The two easiest of them naturally are the teaching profession and the Church: the two most difficult are law and medicine.”

Following World War I, the British Military had created the Tavistock Institute to serve as its psychological warfare arm. The Institute took its name from the Duke of Bedford, Marquis of Tavistock, who donated a building to the Institute in 1921 to study the effect of shell-shock on British soldiers who had survived World War I. Its purpose was not to help the traumatized soldiers, however, but instead to establish the 'breaking point' of men under stress. The program was under the direction of the British Army Bureau of Psychological Warfare. For a time Sigmund Freud worked with Tavistock on psychoanalytical methods applied to individuals and large groups.
After World War II, the Rockefeller Foundation moved in to finance the Tavistock Institute and, in effect, to co-opt its programs for the United States and its emerging psychological warfare activities. The Rockefeller Foundation provided an infusion of funds for the financially strapped Tavistock, newly reorganized as the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations. Its Rockefeller agenda was to undertake "under conditions of peace, the kind of social psychiatry that had developed in the Army under conditions of war.
Tavistock immediately sent their leading researcher, German-born psychologist, Kurt Lewin, to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1945 to establish the ResearchCenter for Group Dynamics in the US. Lewin was interested in the scientific study of the processes that influence individuals in group situations, and is widely credited as the founder of 'social psychology.' After Lewin's death, the Center moved to the University of Michigan in 1948 where it became the Institute for Social Research.
Tavistock's work over the next two decades was to co-opt legitimate psychological insights into social groups and social dynamics in order to refine techniques for social manipulation.
Tavistock Clinic notables include Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung (philosophic mysticism), Melanie Klein (object relations/child psychology), R.D. Laing (anti-psychiatry), Elliott Jaques, Henry Dicks, Leonard Browne, Ronald Hargreaves, John Rawlings Rees, Mary Luff and Wilfred Bion (Intensive Conference/Group Dynamics), with Tommy Wilson as chairman, funded by a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation.
For over 40 years a key figure at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London, Eric Miller wrote Systems of Organization (1967), which broke new ground in organizational theory. Miller and A. K. Rice also worked together in the early development of the Tavistock Institute's Group Relations Training Program, which promoted experiential learning about unconscious processes in groups and organizations. Miller and Rice were convinced of the value of this approach in enabling individuals to discover authority within themselves, to question taken-for-granted assumptions and to extricate themselves from irrational group processes. At the Tavistock Miller took over leadership of the programme, and also supported the development of similar programs in Denmark, Finland, Germany, France, Israel, Italy, India, South Africa, Australia and in various parts of the UK. He directed or took a leading role in scores of these "working conferences" in Britain and abroad.
Other well-known names at Tavistock were John D. Sutherland, John Bowlby, Eric Trist, and Fred Emery. Kurt Lewin (social psychology), a member of the Frankfurt School in America, was an important influence on the work of the Tavistock. Rees became first president of the World Federation for Mental Health. Jock Sutherland became director of the post-war Tavistock Clinic, which was absorbed into the British National Health Service in 1946. Ronald Hargreaves became deputy director of the World Health Organization. Tommy Wilson became chairman of the Tavistock Institute.
Eric Trist wrote the definitive work on Tavistock’s public face, The Social Engagement of Social Science: A Tavistock Anthology : The Socio-Ecological Perspective (Tavistock Anthology), University of Pennsylvania, May 1997. CIA/Tavistock/MI6 operate in unison. Instead of “doctoring the soul” they systematically attack it, relentlessly. The consensual goals of mental health and group relations parted company. The promise became a curse.
Intellligence officer John Coleman, formerly of MI6, first exposed their covert activities with his insider knowledge about the Committee of 300 and in The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. The Tavistock mission has creeped into many organizations far beyond the walls of ‘the Tavi,’ and they are scripting our future.
“The enemy is clearly identifiable as the Committee of 300, the Club of Rome, NATO, the Black Nobility, the Tavistock Institute, CFR and all of its affiliate organizations, the think tanks, and research institutes controlled by Stanford and the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and last, cut certainly not least, the military establishment.
There is no need to use "they" or "the enemy," except as shorthand. We know who "they," the enemy is. One of Tavistock's chief wreckers of our way of life was Dr. Alexander King, a founder member of NATO and a favorite with the Committee of 300, as well as an outstanding member of the Club of Rome.
When it was decided that a super-body would control European affairs, the RIIA founded the Tavistock Institute, which in turn created NATO. For Five years NATO was financed by the German Marshall Fund. Dr. King was assigned by the Club of Rome to destroy America's education by taking control of the National Teachers Association and working in close conjunction with certain law makers and judges.
Scientists engaged in the process of conditioning are called "social engineers" or "new-science social scientists" and they play an integral part in what we see, hear and read. The "old school" social engineers were Kurt K. Lewin, Professor Hadley Cantril, Margaret Meade, Professor Derwin Cartwright and Professor Lipssitt who, together with John Rawlings Reese, made up the backbone of new-science scientists at Tavistock Institute.” (Coleman)
Naomi Klein’s expose might have included the Tavi as the power behind the thinktank thrones: “The Shock Doctrine vividly shows how disaster capitalism – the rapid-fire corporate reengineering of societies still reeling from shock – did not begin with September 11, 2001. The book traces its origins back fifty years, to the University of Chicago under Milton Friedman, which produced many of the leading neo-conservative and neo-liberal thinkers whose influence is still profound in Washington today. New, surprising connections are drawn between economic policy, “shock and awe” warfare and covert CIA-funded experiments in electroshock and sensory deprivation in the 1950s, research that helped write the torture manuals used today in Guantanamo Bay.”
“The Shock Doctrine follows the application of these ideas through our contemporary history, showing in riveting detail how well-known events of the recent past have been deliberate, active theatres for the shock doctrine, among them: Pinochet’s coup in Chile in 1973, the Falklands War in 1982, the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989, the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the Asian Financial crisis in 1997 and Hurricane Mitch in 1998.”
The US State Department has often used NGOs in its coup machinery, such as the overthrow of President Marcos of the Philippines in 1986, or in the Tiananmen Square destabilization in 1989, and Vaclav Havel's 'velvet revolution' in Czechoslovakia in 1989. Swarm control is the key factor.
In mobs, the 18-24 age bracket is the prime recruiting pool, with lack of wisdom and general malleability. As with military recruiters, these are apparently also positive traits for the recruiters of nonviolent insurgents. And they’re more prone to peer pressure and illogical mass psychosis; Jonathan Mowat noted a 1967 report from the UK’s Tavistock Institute (the psychological warfare arm of the British military) the then-new phenomenon of “swarming adolescents” found at rock concerts.
Author Dr. Fred Emery reported the swarming was associated with “rebellious hysteria,” and predicted that with more study the phenomenon could be controlled effectively. By the end of the 1990s, he predicted, these hormonal mobs could be used at will to bring down a national government. Mowat noted, “the tactic of swarming” at work is a “a new philosophy of war, which is supposed to replicate the strategy of Genghis Khan as enhanced by modern technologies…intended to aid both military and non-military assaults against targeted states through what are, in effect, ‘high tech’ hordes.”
“And what brought this approach to warfare to the streets of Belgrade, Serbia in 2000 is the final consideration, immediate political timing. Once the technology and the right activist demographic has been identified, mass political resistance is a powerful force that can indeed “restrict or sever the supply” of a dictator’s power, as Sharp noted, but not always “when needed,” as if on cue.
First, the behind-the-scenes plotters must be in agreement with the wishes of the mobilized citizenry, or the citizens must be brought around to supporting the plotter’s decisions. In order for support from Washington to flow to a viable movement willing to support its agenda, the political goals of both parties must be synchronized and manifested in the opposition leader(s). This is one of the trickier parts, but deals can be and would be made time after time.
Non-violent resistance can drive a corrupt regime from power, but more often such attempts at a widespread uprising end in mass arrests or even mass killings - think Rangoon 1988, Tiananmen Square 1989, and a thousand smaller, less bloody examples spanning human history. Far more potential rebellions are simply not even attempted due to citizen apathy or fear, as in the 21st century USA.
So a mass movement could do better if it had a good “marketing department” to excite involvement, or was helped by a powerful and sympathetic outside force to neutralize the terror of state power. Such help could be either indirect (diplomatic support, etc) or direct (financial or tactical support). There would be no troublesome weapons shipments to learn of as with the debacle of illegal US support to the Contras in Nicaragua, but the idea is still much the same – support the opposition to destabilize and hopefully sever the targeted regime. (pp. 355 - 357) by Joan Veon The Rand Corporation in the early 1960s developed the Delphi technique for the purpose of maneuvering segments of the public into accepting predetermined government policies. In the 1970s and '80s, it was ideally used to convince land owners of the merits of accepting joining and general plan maps. Now it is being employed to persuade the public to accept outcome-based education and the licensing of all employees, via endorsements in the Certificate of Initial Mastery (CIM) and Certificate of Advanced Mastery (CAM) programs, a.k.a. school-to-work.
The goal of the Delphi technique is to lead a targeted group of people to a predetermined outcome, while giving the illusion of taking public input and under the pretext of being accountable to the public. For the Delphi to work, it is critical that the targeted group be kept away from knowledgeable people who could lead them away from the Delphier's predetermined outcome.
One variation on the Delphi technique is to use a series of meetings. The attendees are often given a number or a colored card when they enter the room, to determine at which table they are to sit. The purpose of this is to break up the groups of potentially knowledgeable people who arrive together so that they will be sitting with strangers and therefore be subdued.
Typically, at each table is a facilitator, someone who will know which way to help "steer" the group. Usually the people at each table are instructed to answer among themselves some of the questions and arrive at a table consensus. Someone is chosen to speak for the table, most of the time it is the person who has been secretly pre-briefed about the desired Delphi outcome. The table spokesperson is the only one allowed to address the podium and the others have little opportunity to address the podium or the crowd directly.
Anyone knowledgeable enough, or brave enough, to speak out in opposition will not be welcomed. Often they are told from the podium, "We don't have time to discuss that now," or "We discussed that on another date," or “We can discuss that after the meeting.” They will attempt to quiet, isolate, and discredit dissenters. After attending the Delphi meeting, participants may feel uneasy that they are in disagreement with the apparent majority. The Delphi technique is often successful in bluffing people into submission. Don't let them succeed. Call their bluff.
The Delphi technique often uses a series of surveys to bring about "consensus." The surveys are promoted as information gathering regarding the wishes of the targeted public, but in reality they are designed to manipulate the desired outcome. The survey will sometimes use a grading like, "agree all of the time," "agree most of the time," "agree some of the time," "agree not much," "agree never." Or, the survey grading will ask the respondents to use ratings like "most important," "moderately important," "least important."
The questions are typically "loaded" questions. An example is the question asked of Oregon teachers on a Delphi technique survey: "Do you agree or disagree that the following elements of H.B. 3565 [Oregon's Education Act for the 21st Century] will lead to improved student learning if implemented?" The survey listed such items for the teachers to agree or disagree with; "site councils," "increased accountability for school site and districts," "full funding for preschool programs to enable all students to enter school ready to learn," "extended school year," "certificate of initial mastery," etc. The question is patently "loaded." For example, site councils are not charged with improving student learning. Their function is to implement the state law, dole out professional development courses and money to selected teachers, and apply for grants from foundations and the federal government. For the teachers to answer, "agree" or "disagree", that the site councils will lead to improved student learning is misdirecting the respondent.
The Delphi surveys serve to "educate" the people taking the survey. After the first survey is taken, the respondents are given an analysis and told that most people agreed or somewhat agreed on the predetermined outcome. Then usually they are given another survey and asked if they can be flexible and try to rethink the "few remaining" areas of disagreement. When the series of surveys are accomplished, the respondents are told that the majority of respondents achieved "consensus" with whatever direction the pollers wanted in the first place.
These techniques were developed decades ago. The Rand Corporation has more recently been developing games that groups of business people, site council members, organizations, etc., can use to help "sell" people on collectivism, consensus vs. majority rule, etc.
Never, ever compromise when it comes to "right and wrong." With the right attitude you shouldn't care what people think, as long as you are standing up for what is right. Accept persecution gratefully.
